Who we are

Gluecksfall is an association that offers help and advice for gambling addicts and those at risk.

We are particularly involved in the responsible structuring of gambling services as well as in training and further education of providers and their employees.

Since its foundation, Gluecksfall has been active in advising gaming providers and intermediaries in the area of responsible gaming. Additionally, Gluecksfall has supervised and supported relevant research projects, conducted public relationships in responsible gaming and offered opportunities for gambling protection and its employees in order to be more qualified.

Gluecksfall sees itself as a platform that aims at bringing together the gambling sector protagonists in order to facilitate an exchange of meaningful and appropriate measures for player protection. Furthermore, our association wants to sensitize those affected persons about problematic behaviors. In Gluecksfall, we count only with experts with relevant expertise in training and help seekers’ consultation. Our team mainly acquired its expertise along years of therapeutic support and prevention work with help seekers. We also have expertise in gambling through hundreds of training sessions on player protection.

Holistic approach

The field of gambling is subject to different aims, interests and expectations from the parties involved. Gluecksfall supports and consults all stakeholders of gambling, whether directly involved (such as players or operators) or affected indirectly (such as supervisory bodies, researchers and / or further) in the fields of the player & youth protection, by therapeutic support, trainings, redirection to offers from the help industry as well as by development and design of concepts for the protection of players and minors.
