From now on, Gluecksfall offers various online trainings in the field of responsible gaming and the protection of players and minors. The training is designed both for employees of betting shops as well as for the supervisory staff in gambling halls, pubs, and horse betting shops with slot machines.

The online training courses take between 180 and 240 minutes and can be easily completed via PC, smartphone, or tablet. After successfully taking part in the courses, every participant will receive a personal certificate having a validity of twelve months.
